Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable design solutions that enhance user engagement and CX.
- Design intuitive UI components, wireframes, and prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define and implement design strategies.
- Maintain design consistency and usability across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and enterprise applications).
- Develop customer journey maps and user flows to visualize and optimize the user experience.
- Stay updated with design trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies in UX, UI, and CX.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research, UI design, and CX improvements.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.
- Experience conducting user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Good understanding of CX principles and how they impact business and user satisfaction.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
