Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and user-focusedUX Designerwith 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys and impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Improve usability and optimize user experience based on feedback and data.
- Ensure consistency in design systems and brand guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and continuously iterate designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and interaction design principles.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
