Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and interaction design, and be comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
- Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensure consistency in design across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator basics, Protopie
- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly
