Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role located at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall client and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user personas, creating prototypes, and collaborating with teams to optimize the salon's digital and physical customer journeys. The designer will apply principles of design thinking, usability, and visual design to craft engaging and innovative experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies to understand and address customer needs
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping for creating interactive and functional designs
• Experience in Visual Design to produce aesthetically appealing and brand-aligned interfaces
• Collaborative and problem-solving abilities to work with cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for continuous learning in UX and design best practices
