Role Description
The User Experience Designer role is a full-time position located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, creating user-centric visual designs, crafting wireframes and interactive prototypes, and improving user experience (UX). The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and engaging product designs aligned with user needs and project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
- Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles
- Experience with wireframing and Prototyping tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of industry design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
