Fabric is seeking a UX Designer to elevate their AI-led interview platform. The role involves conducting UX audits, redesigning critical user flows, and creating intuitive interfaces for both recruiters and candidates. The designer will own the end-to-end design process and maintain a consistent design system.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct UX audits and identify usability friction points across candidate and admin experiences
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, clean, and high-converting interfaces
- Own the end-to-end design process low-fidelity wireframes
- Create and maintain a consistent design system (typography, colors, components, etc.)
- Iterate based on feedback and user data to constantly improve the product experience
- Design for multiple personas: recruiters and candidates across devices
