User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences, preferably within the sports technology domain.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

68 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator

Strong understanding of responsive design, information architecture, and user experience strategy

Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, Next.js, or Angular for design handoff

Knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards (GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1)

Experience in design system creation, multilingual UX, and user testing

Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and content teams in an Agile environment

Awareness of AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows

Good to Have Certification: UX Certification, Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), or Adobe Certified Professional in UX Design

Domain Preference: Candidates with experience designing for sports technology platforms, athlete management systems, or digital ecosystems with gamified UX will be preferred. Prior experience in the IT domain within the sports sector, either in a government or corporate environment, is desired.
