BASIC QUALIFICATION (AS ON 31.03.2026)
Essential: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MSc in CS/IT (≥60%)
OTHER QUALIFICATION (AS ON 31.03.2026)
Preferred qualification:
● Knowledge of Figma/Adobe XD
● Basic UX principles understanding
● Wireframing & prototyping skills
● Portfolio required
WORK EXPERIENCE (POST-BASIC QUALIFICATION) (AS ON 31.03.2026)
Essential: 2 – 3 Years of work experience.
Preferred / Job Specific Skills:
● Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital banking applications, enterprise platforms, and internal systems.
● Conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, designing interface components, and ensuring seamless experiences.
● Analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective user interface designs.
● Designing wireframes, user flows, and interaction models for web and mobile applications.
● Familiarity with preferred tools and technologies including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Miro / FigJam , and basic knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
● BFSI Exposure preferred
