Role Summary
As a UX Designer at Mind Guess, you'll play a central role in shaping digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, UI designers, researchers, and developersto create seamless, elegant, and scalable experiences that delight users and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes to visualize user journeys
- Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
- Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business requirements
- Partner with UI designers and developers to ensure high-quality execution of design concepts
- Advocate for best-in-class UX practices, accessibility, and user-centered thinking across projects
- Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on UX design experience, preferably in digital product or agency environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, process, and outcomes across multiple platforms
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Bonus Points
- Experience in UI or visual design
- Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions
- Experience working on SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or AI-driven products
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (not mandatory, but a plus)
