Role & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile web, and native apps
- Communicate design thinking through information architecture, mental models, user personas, empathy maps, and research insights
- Take ownership of the complete design lifecyclefrom concept to final delivery
- Apply contemporary design patterns and best practices across web and mobile platforms, including Android and iOS
- Design clean and scalable information architectures for complex products, incorporating thoughtful micro-interactions
- Ensure visual consistency and coherence across the product ecosystem
- Clearly articulate and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- 48 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a consumer technology or product-based company
- Strong understanding of web, mobile web, and app design principles
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Excellent attention to detail with strong visual and aesthetic sensibilities
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and tell compelling design stories
- Graduation from a formal design program is preferred
