Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of the target users. This role focuses on observing how users interact with various systems and tasks, identifying pain points, and envisioning ways to enhance their overall experience. The designer collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to meet user expectations. Continuous evaluation and refinement of user interactions are key aspects, ensuring that the final experience is seamless and engaging across diverse platforms and environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that align with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design and development processes.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Extended Reality Content Development.
• Strong knowledge of immersive technology platforms and their application in creating engaging user experiences.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to integrate visual design elements with interactive content to enhance user engagement.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools relevant to extended reality environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing content performance across various extended reality devices.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Extended Reality Content Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
