UX Designer (Mid-Level)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer with a strong passion for AI and digital innovation to join our growing design team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing intuitive, cutting-edge user experiences for advanced AI platforms as well as other digital products including websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
You will also contribute your graphic design skills to create engaging educational videos, social media content, banners, and marketing materials that help communicate complex AI concepts to users and the wider community.

Requirements

Primary Focus:

• Design and maintain exceptional user experiences for cutting-edge AI-powered platforms and digital products (web, mobile, and SaaS applications).
  
• Lead the end-to-end UX design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI functionalities into simple, delightful, and accessible user interfaces.
  
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms while pushing the boundaries of modern interface design.
  

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

• Create high-quality graphic design assets including banners, infographics, social media visuals, and promotional materials.
  
• Design and produce educational videos, motion graphics, and explainer content to simplify and communicate AI features and product updates.
  
• Maintain brand visual identity across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in design critiques, user testing sessions, and usability studies.
  
• Contribute to and help evolve the company's design system and component library.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, AI interface patterns, and emerging design technologies.
  

Requirements

Experience:

• 35 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably working on AI, SaaS, or complex digital products.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on web and mobile applications.
  

Skills & Expertise:

• Mastery of modern design tools: Figma (advanced level), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and prototyping tools.
  
• Solid experience in user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
  
• Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually compelling educational content, banners, and social media assets.
  
• Experience designing for AI products or data-heavy interfaces is a strong plus.
  
• Basic understanding of motion design and video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro) is highly desirable.
  
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive and beautiful interfaces.
