SAP Cloud for Customer has a global customer base, and the team is distributed across several locations including Germany, United States, and India. As part of the User Assistance development team, you are responsible for taking complex information and communicating it in a manner that is easy to consume. You can use documentation, videos, in-app help, infographics, and other deliverables to enable customers. Our team works in a flexible model and has a strong ethos built on integrity, customer-centricity, and innovation. We encourage you to drive content enablement for our cloud solutions.

What you'll build-

  • Create high-quality user assistance (UA) deliverables for a range of solutions within SAP Cloud for Customer.

  • Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content.

  • Work closely with product management and development to deliver content that is clear, concise, and accurate.

  • Proactively acquire product knowledge and learn new skills emerging in user assistance and share your learnings with the team.

  • Gather feedback on deliverables from customers and other stakeholders and continuously improve content.

  • Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams.

What you bring-

  • 3- 7 Years of experience in information development, technical writing, or content development

  • A university degree preferably in technical writing or a related subject such as language, translation, or communication studies

  • First language proficiency in English with excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills

  • Working knowledge of DITA content management system and TechSmith Camtasia is an added advantage.

  • Willingness to quickly adapt to change and acquire knowledge

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse global team
