We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for a Customer Support / Sales Associate role in a personal loan sales domain. The role involves handling customer interactions, assisting with loan applications, and driving conversions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to loan applications
• Assist customers with loan queries and documentation
• Explain loan products and guide customers through the process
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers can apply
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Tamil)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
