Job Title: US Technical Recruiter

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT positions (tech roles)
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with US hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Managing candidate communication and follow-ups
• Maintaining recruitment databases and reports

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (US IT hiring preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in US shift and handle onsite processes
• Onsite interview attendance is mandatory
