Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Experience: Minimum 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for US IT positions (tech roles)
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating with US hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Managing candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment databases and reports
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (US IT hiring preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in US shift and handle onsite processes
- Onsite interview attendance is mandatory
