Job Role
Research for candidates through internal database, online job / resume boards (like Dice, Monster, etc ) and referrals.
Good experience in hiring US Citizens/ Green Card/ H1B / H4 EAD / L2 EAD / OPT EAD or any US work-authorized personnel on a W2 basis
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT skills
High volume W2 recruiting experience
Have good knowledge of different visas and immigration process
