Job Title: US | Voice Verification

Shift schedule – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST

Onsite job - (No Remote/Hybrid option)

Weekly Fixed Off: Saturday and Sunday

Office Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014

Immediate or short-notice joiners will be prioritized.

Skills

• Contact Discovery via Professional networking sites, like LinkedIn, zoom info, inside view etc.

• Effectively perform outbound calls to verify prospects in defined geographies

• Research online to identify and capture accurate contact information of clients

• Quality contacts based on project requirement

• Maintaining and updating list/database on Excel or CRM

• Make outbound calls to verify the information captured through online research

• Be a team player, help achieve team goals and project timelines

• Achieve monthly goals and targets

You are suitable for this role, if

• 3 months to 1 years in experience in managing CDQA campaigns

• You are internet savvy, and like reading, analyzing available online information

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You want to part of evergreen and growing IT industry

• You can operate MS Excel and have typing speed of at least 25 WPM
