Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, vendor management, and day-to-day accounting processes, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle vendor management including invoice processing, reconciliation, and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and track expenses
• Support in GST filings and basic statutory compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
• Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting
• Hands-on experience with Tally
• Strong understanding of vendor management and reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of GST and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience working in a startup or design/architecture firm
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting
