Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients

Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation

Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
