Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter (Allied & Nursing)

Location: Noida

Shift: EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for both Allied and Nursing roles. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the US healthcare staffing process, VMS/MSP platforms, and have a track record of successful placements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare (Allied & Nursing roles)
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through job portals, databases, and networking
• Work on requirements such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, Technicians, and other allied roles
• Manage VMS/MSP job portals and ensure timely submissions
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure data accuracy
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
• Hands-on experience in both Allied and Nursing hiring
• Strong knowledge of VMS/MSP platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (EST)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
