Job Description:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements
• Understand client requirements and technical skill sets
• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Handle offers, negotiations, and onboarding
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS data

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of strong experience of US IT recruitment processes
• Skilled in recruiting for Core IT roles.
• Experience with visa types (USC, GC, EAD-GC, H1B, OPT)
• Hands-on experience with assessment tools, sourcing tools, and job boards.
• Expertise in C2C/1099/W2 hiring
• Experience with ATS and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in US time zones
