About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
US Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a balanced background in both
non-IT (60%) and
IT/tech (40%) recruitment for US-based roles. The role involves close coordination with the
onshore US recruitment team as well as supporting
local hiring needs within the Pune office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment, focusing 60% on non-IT roles (healthcare, logistics, customer service, etc.) and 40% on IT/tech roles.
- Collaborate with the US onshore team to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations in alignment with US time zones and hiring practices.
- Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with the Pune-based team to support local hiring needs as required.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, company policies, and documentation standards.
Requirements:
- 46 years of experience in US recruitment with a strong track record in non-IT hiring (60%) and IT/tech hiring (40%).
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or onshore teams is a must.
- Excellent sourcing skills using ATS, job portals, and social media.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across time zones.
- Flexibility to work in overlapping hours with the US team when required.
