Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, technical job requirements, and excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
• Screen resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role and organization.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) and negotiate offers, rates, and terms with candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client coordination and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools, trends, and compliance requirements in the US market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, including tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and immigration/visa requirements (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong technical understanding of IT skills and roles (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, etc.).
