What Were Looking For:

3 to 4 years of experience inUS Healthcare Recruitment(staffing firm or MSP/VMS model).
Strong experience recruitingRNs, LPNs, Therapists, Medical Coders, Billers, and other healthcare professionals.
Excellent knowledge ofUS tax terms(W2, 1099, C2C) andvisa classifications (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD).
Hands-on withJob Portals, ATS, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working inUS night shifts(EST/CST/PST time zones).
