Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions across various domains.
  • Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit for the roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment status in ATS.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting for US-based roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
