Position: OPT Recruiter
Job Description:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract OPT candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, university career services, and networking events, to identify and engage qualified OPT candidates.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and professional associations to create a robust pipeline of OPT candidates.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations related to OPT employment. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on OPT hiring processes, and deliver high-quality candidates.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide regular reports to management.
Candidate Experience:
