We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with strong hands-on recruitment experience in US staffing.Requirements:8–10 years of experience in US recruitment/staffing. Strong hands-on experience in US IT and non-IT recruitment. Experience hiring for Full-Time/Permanent and contract positions. Experience working with a stable and reputed staffing organisation. Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills. Ability to independently handle requirements from sourcing to closure. Stable career background preferred. Important: This role is primarily focused on hands-on recruitment. We are looking for recruiters who are actively involved in sourcing and closing positions, not only team management.
