Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic US Recruiter with 6+ months of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across the United States. The candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
• Perform Boolean searches to find qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records and update ATS regularly.
• Meet submission, interview, and placement targets.

Preferred Experience

6+ months of experience in US Recruitment/US Staffing

Hands-on experience with JobDiva, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed

Strong understanding of candidate sourcing and screening techniques

Knowledge of ATS and recruitment best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
