Job Description
US IT / Technical Recruiter
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 4–12 Years
Position: Full-Time
We are looking for a hands-on US IT / Technical Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing and technical recruitment.
Key Requirements
- 4–12 years of US IT staffing / technical recruitment experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with W2, Direct Client and/or MSP/VMS requirements.
- Experience recruiting across Cloud, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Applications, Infrastructure, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean search, and passive sourcing.
- Good understanding of US staffing, rates, employment types, and US working hours.
- Candidates from a stable US staffing background are preferred.
- Awards, rewards, performance recognition, or top-performer achievements in the previous organization are strongly preferred.
- This is a hands-on recruitment role, not a purely managerial position.
