IT Recruiters (3–5 Years of Experience)

Seeking recruiters with hands-on experience recruiting for positions including:

Java Developers

Cybersecurity Professionals

QA Automation Engineers

IT Project Managers

Cloud Engineers

Business Analysts

Data Engineers

Network & Infrastructure Engineers

...and other IT positions.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in US Staffing
• Strong experience working on W2 positions only
• Experience recruiting US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) holders
• Hands-on experience with Contract and Contract-to-Hire requirements
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills
• Experience working with direct clients and/or MSP/VMS environments is a plus
