Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a US Non-IT Recruiter. The recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for non-technical roles in the U.S. Responsibilities include identifying top-tier talent, maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, scheduling interviews, collaborating with hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The US Non-IT Recruiter will strategize to meet hiring goals and provide guidance to candidates and clients by staying informed about market conditions and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT requirements
✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, and referrals
✔ Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements
✔ Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
✔ Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions
✔ Maintain candidate pipelines and build talent pools
✔ Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
✔ Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs
✔ Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/database updates
Required Skills:
✔ 3–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
✔ Strong experience recruiting for Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Administrative, Logistics, and other Non-IT domains
✔ Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills
✔ Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
