Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with job portals such as

#Dice,#Monster,#LinkedIn,#ATS, #Ceipal, etc.

Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms and compliance.

Good understanding of US Work #Visas (#H1B, TN, #GC, #EAD, etc.).

Expertise in US employment terms:

#W2, #C2C, #1099.

Proven experience working with US vendors and direct client requirements.

Technically strong with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a Can-Do / Will-Do attitude.

Proven track record as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar role.

Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools/software.

Ability to format and update resumes professionally to meet US client standards.
