Job Overview
We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1
year of experience to join our team. You will focus on expanding our client base in the US and
UK markets, using smart prospecting to identify new business opportunities and contribute to
overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach targeting prospects in the US and UK markets.
- Consistently meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
Prospect Research & Lead Generation
- Identify and research high-potential prospects using tools like Clay, Zoom Info and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot (CRM).
- Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and prioritise accordingly.
Target Achievement
- Work with a clear focus on monthly and quarterly targets — lead generation and fixing
presentations.
- Maintain a structured, goal-driven approach with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Market Awareness
- Keep up with daily trends in the US/UK markets and adapt outreach strategies
accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales; internship
experience is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills — confident in cold calling international (US/UK) clients.
- Goal-oriented with a structured approach to planning and follow-through.
- Adaptable, curious, and proactive in learning everyday trends.
