Proven experience working with US vendors and direct client requirements.
Technically strong with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a Can-Do / Will-Do attitude.
Proven track record as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools/software.
Ability to format and update resumes professionally to meet US client standards.
