Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and performance-driven US IT Recruiters (25 years) to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract and full-time roles across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements and visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Deliver high-quality candidate profiles within strict timelines
- Conduct initial candidate screening, technical fit assessment, and interview coordination
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple technologies
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offers, onboarding, and post-placement follow-ups
- Track recruitment activities, maintain accurate records, and update the ATS regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and candidate management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Consistent track record of successful placements
- Experience working with direct clients and/or prime vendors
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar systems
