Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081 (Onsite)

Experience Level: 3 to 7 Years

Work Timings: Purely Night Shifts (7:00 PM IST 4:00 AM IST)

Required:

38 years of experience in End-to-End US IT Recruitment

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

Experience working with State Clients / State Government requirements

Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, networking, social media)

Working experience with job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Experience handling direct clients, state clients is preferred
