Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with State Client/Direct client/VMS clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills in the US staffing domain and be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Work on requirements from State Client/Direct client/VMS clients.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Strong experience working with State clients/Direct client/VMS clients
• Proven experience with State Client/Direct client/VMS clients
• Excellent communication skills
• 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
