Are you passionate about hiring top technology talent for the US market We're looking for a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment who can independently manage multiple client requirements and deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2, C2C, and Full-time positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and emerging technologies.

Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, and client suitability.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Negotiate compensation and ensure successful offer closures.

Maintain recruiter metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand client requirements.

Ensure quick turnaround time while maintaining high-quality submissions.

Required Skills

Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.

Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and job portals.

Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, GC-EAD).

Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, QA, and Full Stack Development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong ownership mindset and ability to meet hiring targets.

Preferred

Experience working with Direct Clients or MSP/VMS clients.

Experience using ATS platforms.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Strong offer-to-join conversion ratio.
