This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of IT roles, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Utilize various job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, data analysis, and network administration.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.
