Position: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Negotiate rates and terms with consultants and employers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Work with vendors, clients, and account managers for closures.
• Maintain database and reports on daily submissions.

Requirements:

• 12 years of US staffing experience (mandatory).
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
