Vision Square Inc. is a US-based IT staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC, partnering with direct clients, MSPs, implementation partners, and staffing vendors across the US IT services landscape. We're expanding our India-based recruiting team to support high-velocity, high-quality candidate delivery for our US clients.

Role Overview

We're hiring a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US-based technical requirements. You'll work US time zone hours, partner directly with our US-based account managers, and own the full recruiting lifecycle — from requirement intake to candidate submission and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements across technologies (Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, QA, etc. — customize to your active req mix)
• Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies (Boolean search, job boards, internal database, networking)
• Conduct detailed candidate screening — technical fit, visa/work authorization status, rate expectations, availability
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal ATS
• Prepare and submit high-quality candidate profiles to account managers/clients
• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather timely client feedback
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in ATS/CRM
• Negotiate rates with candidates and vendors within approved margins
• Meet daily/weekly recruiting metrics (submissions, interviews, placements)

Required Skills & Experience

• 0-3 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing/Recruiting (C2C, W2, and FTE placements)
• Strong understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar)
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written — for direct candidate and client interaction
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Comfortable working US time zone hours (night shift, IST)

Preferred

• Prior experience recruiting for [specific tech stacks you focus on — e.g., SAP, Java, Data Engineering, QA/Payments]
• Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline), or direct clients
