US IT Recruiter

We are hiring for US IT Recruiter roles with i3 Infotek, Noida.

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Experience: 0-1 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment with guidance from the recruitment team.
• Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platforms.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Update candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS/recruitment database.

Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn the US Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time employment types.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates with relevant US Staffing training or internship experience can also apply.
