US IT Recruiter

Job Description: US IT Recruiter ( 5 days Work from office)

· Location : Ranchi, Noida, Chennai.

· • Must have US IT recruitment experience of 2-5 years & in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle.

· • Since we are working on mostly Implementation Client requirements, so must focus on the quality of candidates.

· • Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

· • Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions.

· • Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.

· • Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.

· • Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.

· • Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers.
