This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT candidates to meet client needs. Daily tasks will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, assessing technical and cultural fit, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the recruiter will build strong candidate and client relationships to maintain a talent pipeline and meet organizational hiring objectives.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Expertise in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
• Experience in Recruiting and sourcing top IT talent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience or knowledge of the U.S. job market is preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
