Job Description
Role: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 6 months- 3 Years
Location: Sector 63, Noida — Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday–Friday
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle US IT requirements, primarily W2 positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases & other channels
- Understand IT requirements, job descriptions and technical skill sets
- Screen and qualify candidates based on technical & client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly hiring targets
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle for assigned IT requirements
Who We're Looking For:
6 months- 3 years of US IT Recruitment experience
Experience with W2 hiring preferred
Good understanding of IT technologies & requirements
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven & eager to grow
