Job Title: IT Recruiter (US Shift – EST)

Experience: 6 Months – 7 Years

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end US recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
• Submit qualified candidates and follow up on interview processes
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback
• Engage with candidates to reduce drop-offs and ensure smooth closures
• Meet weekly submission targets and prepare recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder communication
