Job Description

Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: [Remote]

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end US IT recruitment, a strong delivery mindset, and the ability to manage high-priority client requirements. Candidates with prior experience supporting Wells Fargo hiring mandates will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US IT roles (Contract, C2H, Full-Time)
  • Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements
  • Source high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, domain experience, and cultural alignment
  • Ensure quick turnaround time on submissions while maintaining quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and recurring skill sets
  • Manage offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements in ATS
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific compliance and documentation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Preferred Qualifications (High Impact)

  • Direct experience working on Wells Fargo requirements is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Wells Fargo hiring standards, compliance frameworks, and submission protocols
  • Proven success in closing both niche and high-volume roles within Wells Fargo or similar large financial clients
  • Experience working with VMS tools and managing vendor/client relationships aligned with Wells Fargo ecosystem
  • Ability to navigate strict turnaround timelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance-heavy hiring environments
  • Familiarity with the financial domain and ability to align candidates with regulated industry requirements
