Tranzeal is seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter with expertise in handling IT roles to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience recruiting for IT and technical roles, for the US market. Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Work Hours: 10 pm - 6:00 am ( Night Shifts)

Requirement:

Expertise in US Hiring Practices & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of US hiring laws and recruitment practices.

Talent Pool Development: Proven experience in building a strong IT talent pipeline.

Direct Client Experience: Prior experience working on direct client requirements is mandatory.

Work Hours: Must be comfortable working in PST (Pacific Time Zone) shifts.

W2 Contractor Hiring: Hands-on experience in hiring W2-Contractors (US Citizens and Green Card holders).

Visa & Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and US tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

Technical Expertise: Ability to grasp and evaluate complex technical requirements.

Sourcing & Assessment: Strong sourcing capabilities and excellent candidate evaluation skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written English proficiency is required.

Team Player & Self-Starter: Must be highly motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Additional Requirements:

Must have recent experience working on roles like:

• Java Backend Developer
• UI Developer
• Cloud Engineers (Azure/AWS)
• Full Stack Engineer (Java Stack)
• Technical Product Manager
• Preferred industry experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Pharma/Medical Devices, or IT Services.
• Banking & Financial sector experience is NOT suitable for our process.
• Must be familiar with all phases of the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.

Skills:

- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job boards.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Availability: Willingness to work in US time zones to meet recruitment deadlines.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
