Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior US IT Recruiter with deep expertise in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with System Integrators, Direct Clients, Software Implementors, and Prime Vendors, along with a proven ability to close positions across diverse technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements
- Work extensively with Direct Clients, System Integrators, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
- Source, screen, and submit candidates for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time roles
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality submissions within defined TAT
- Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and innovative sourcing strategies
- Handle salary negotiations, rate confirmation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors
- Ensure compliance with US employment terms, tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics and pipeline data
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
- Strong experience working with:
- System Integrators
- Direct Clients
- Software Implementors
- Prime Vendors
- Excellent understanding of US staffing processes and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, Data, Cloud, etc.)
- Expertise in using ATS tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling high-volume and niche requirements
- Strong vendor network in the US staffing ecosystem
- Leadership or mentoring experience
