We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in US IT Staffing and end-to-end recruitment, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment

• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases

• Conduct initial screening and technical evaluations

• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple technologies

• Mentor junior recruiters (for Lead role)

Required Experience:

 1– 4+ years in US IT Recruitment

 Strong understanding of US tax terms & visa types

 Experience working with Direct Clients / Implementation Partners

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
